Customer Support is your first line of defense for common technical issues or system “breaks.” We aspire to deliver excellent service with unparalleled technical expertise and professionalism. Our goal is to promptly respond to your needs, and to provide tools and education to improve your experience.

Regional Support

DI will be conducting its annual Disaster Recovery Test on October 24 at 8 PM ET. There could be intermittent downtime between 8 PM and 8:30 PM on October 24. We apologize for any inconvenience during that time.
