We’re proud to maintain a 95 percent customer satisfaction rating from our customer support surveys, a rating that is well above our industry’s average.
Giving Priority to Your Feedback
A strong part of our culture is not only to prioritize our customers’ needs, but to consider ourselves a partner in your success. This is why we always welcome and seek out customer feedback to determine how we can better support your success. That was actually how our newest product offering, Lab GPS™, was developed.
We learned from customer feedback that connectivity downtime was a major problem interrupting testing for many labs. In Lab GPS, we introduced new tools enabling labs to monitor and troubleshoot all connections linked to Instrument Manager. The end result is that with Lab GPS, labs have much more control over minimizing downtime and increasing productivity. We thank you for the gift of your feedback!
